Tag Frame PSP Script

This PSP Script will make a frame tag that you can insert one of your pictures in, or just add a colored layer if you just want a journal tag.

Script pauses so you can select a color, gradient or pattern, and your textures you want to use. Textures I used are supplied in the script zip file. Script ends in layers and does not require any plug in's. Commercial use ok. Preview watermark is only on the preview
